Our favourites for Easter Brunch
Easter is only weeks away which gives you plenty of time to plan for an extravagant Easter Brunch. Breakfast lovers, like us, can't help but love holidays that include brunch rather than a big dinner. Now, don't get me wrong, I do enjoy big dinners with family and scrumptious food. In fact, I just like good food, but breakfast food I could eat every meal! With time to plan, it's time to pull out some favourite recipes.
Easter Brunch favourites

Easy to make ahead of time, Strata is a good addition to any brunch menu especially when you have a lot of family coming over.
Peach Croissant French Toast Casserole
You can't have brunch without french toast!
Ham, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Cups
With a lot of starch already on your menu, these ham, egg and cheese cups make a nice and easy addition.

Pork Sausage Patties
Can't have brunch without sausages, or in this case, sausage patties.
Blueberry-Pecan Pancake Bread Pudding
Not into peaches? This combination of blueberry & pecans will have you wishing you didn't have to share.
Tomato-Cheddar Strata with Broccoli
Okay, yes we are adding another strata but it's filled with yummy veggies so it can't hurt to have a second one on the Easter Brunch table.
Crispy Bits Breakfast Potatoes
And you thought we forgot about some crispy potatoes!
And to drink ~ Harvey Wallbangers
Okay, now that we've made ourselves seriously hungry (and hopefully you too!) we should grab some snacks and get to finishing our Easter Brunch planning!
